    I needed coffee ASAP before my flight so I stopped by here and ordered a iced coffee. Luckily for me it was right next to my terminal! The coffee itself had a very odd taste maybe it was the coffee bean itself.

    They serve bagels and different kinds of pastries which looked appetizing! I wasn't able to try any but it looked pretty good.

    Worse Einstein's ever! I was excited that when I walked up to Einstein's and there was no line. When there is more than 4 people in line they move like molasses.

    Service is always terrible but this is the first time my pizza pepperoni bagel was just trash.

    They didn't spread the tomato sauce and it was like warm. Such a shame this is my favorite from Einstein's.

    They really need to get it together.

    Worst "manager " ever. I bought a sandwich and drinks. I'm handed the sandwich and immediately realize that I need it cut in half. The two staffers were like, sure no problem. Before they can act, the manager freaks out, shouting, "We can't do that; they're watching us!"

    The staff and line of people just stare at her, as she's going on about cameras and regulations. Um, sure. I turned on my heel and just walked away as the person behind me told the manager, "You're ridiculous." And she is.

    As I walked away, she tried to recover by yelling that she'd make another sandwich and cut it. No thanks, I just want to escape. The "sandwich" was horrible anyway.

    Worst place to get food, it was bland and they didn't have the ingredients for the breakfast sandwich I ordered. Customer service sucks too, I was standing in front of the cashier waiting for someone to take my order.

    Meanwhile 5 other employees was just chatting doing their own thing and as if I don't exist. Finally 5 mins after some lady took my order.

    I will not recommend

    Didn't have a whole lot of time during my layover and this shop definitely takes forever. One person taking the orders and manning the cashier. It would be more efficient if the people didn't just stand around waiting to hear the order from the cashier, and just taking people's order to help move the line quicker. They also put my lox on the very top (instead of the tomato) which made the salmon stick all over the box.
